If NHRC ( National Human Rights Commission of India ) is not taking proper attention to your complaints then you can complaint to THE ASIA PACIFIC FORUM 

Full Members




Full Members are national human rights institutions that
comply with the Paris
Principles.



Each full member is represented on the Forum Council -
the APF's decision-making body - by a voting councillor.



Full members also nominate a jurist to sit on the APF's Advisory
Council of Jurists.
