Your Google Buzz Data

Buzz user,

In October 2011 we announced Google Buzz was shutting down. On or after July 17th, 2013, Google will take the last step in the shutdown and will save a copy of your Buzz posts to your Google Drive, a service for storing files online. Google will store two (2) types of files to your Google Drive, and the newly-created files will not count against your storage limits.

1. The first type of file will be private, only accessible to you, containing a snapshot of the Google Buzz public and private posts you authored.
2. The second type of file will contain a copy of only your Google Buzz public posts. By default it will be viewable by anyone with the link, and may appear in search results and on your Google Profile (if you’ve linked to your Buzz posts). Note, any existing links to your Google Buzz content will redirect users to this file.
3. Any comments you made on other users’ posts will only be saved to those users’ files and not to yours. Once the change described in this email is final, only that user will be able to change the sharing settings of those files. This means that if you have commented on another author’s private post, that author could choose to make that post and its comments public. If you would like to avoid that possibility, delete all your Buzz content now.
4. The new Google Drive files will only contain comments from users that previously enabled Google Buzz, and the files will not contain comments that were deleted prior to moving the data to your Google Drive.

Once the files are created, they will be treated the same as any other Drive file. They are yours to do with as you please. This includes downloading them, updating who can access them, or deleting them.

Before these files are created, you can view the Google Buzz posts you have authored here. If you do not want any of your Buzz posts or comments saved to Google Drive files, you can immediately delete your Google Buzz account and data.

राष्ट्रध्वज के अपमान को लेकर न्यायालय में दिया गया प्रार्थना पत्र:सुब्रत राय और सहारा परिवार के अफसरों पर कार्रवाई की मांग:मजिस्ट्रेट ने दो दिनों में तलब की आख्या

अदालत में दिए प्रार्थना पत्र में उर्वशी शर्मा का कहना है कि रमाबाई मैदान में गत छह मई को सहारा इंडिया परिवार द्वारा आयोजित भारत भावना दिवस में राष्ट्रध्वज का अपमान किया गया था। राष्ट्रगान समारोह में उपस्थित लोगों ने एक साथ राष्ट्रगान गाने का विश्व रिकार्ड तो बना लिया, लेकिन राष्ट्रगान गाने के कार्यक्रम के बाद राष्ट्रध्वज तिरंगे को पैरों तले रौंदा गया। जिसके चित्र समाचार पत्रों में भी प्रकाशित हुए थे। तिरंगे के इस सार्वजनिक अपमान के चित्र देखकर उर्वशी ने नौ मई को इस संबंध में सुब्रत राय एवं सहारा इंडिया परिवार के उत्तरदायी अधिकारियों एवं कार्मिकों के विरुद्ध राष्ट्रीय गौरव अपमान अधिनियम 1971 की धारा 2 के तहत प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिए एक प्रार्थना पत्र थाना तालकटोरा को दिया। उर्वशी के अधिवक्ता त्रिभुवन कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि इस मामले में परिवाद रिपोर्ट का अवलोकन करने के बाद मजिस्ट्रेट ने मामले की जांच के लिए परिवाद को आशियाना थाने भेजने के आदेश के साथ दो दिनों में में आख्या तलब की है। मामले में अगली सुनवाई के लिए 23 मई निर्धारित किया गया है। read full story at http://upcpri.blogspot.in/2013/05/blog-post_21.html

समाजसेविका ने लगाया शिवपाल सिंह यादव पर भ्रष्टाचार की शुरुआत करने के प्रयास का आरोप : मंत्री की बर्खास्तगी को लिखा राज्यपाल और अखिलेश को पत्र

समाजसेविका और आरo टीo आईo एक्टिविस्ट उर्वशी शर्मा  के अनुसार  लोक निर्माण मंत्री शिवपाल सिंह यादव की  "चोरी" करने और "डकैती" न करने की नसीहत विभाग में  भ्रष्टाचार की शुरुआत करने  का एक   सिद्ध प्रयास था जिसके लिए शिवपाल को तत्काल बर्खास्त कर उनके विरुद्ध भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत अनुशासनात्मक  कार्यवाही किया जाना नैतिक और कानूनी लिहाज से नितांत  आवश्यक है l प्रकरण की तह तक जाने के लिए उर्वशी ने 16 अप्रैल 2013 को लोक निर्माण विभाग के मंत्री के कार्यालय से आठ बिन्दुओं पर सूचना माँगी थी l इस सम्बन्ध में लोक निर्माण विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के अनु सचिव एवं जन सूचना अधिकारी शशि कमल गोस्वामी  ने अपने 13 मई के पत्र द्वारा जो सूचना दी है वह यह सिद्ध करती है कि शिवपाल का "चोरी" और "डकैती" बाला वयान पूरी तरह भ्रष्टाचार की शुरुआत करने  का एक  चालाकी और कुटिलता से भरा  सिद्ध प्रयास था  और बाद में दिया गया स्पस्टीकरण  पूरी  तरह असत्य था l शशि कमल गोस्वामी के अनुसार उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीo डब्लूo डीo विभाग में मेहनत करने बाले लोकसेवकों को थोडी बहुत चोरी करने के लिए  अधिकृत करने के लिए , उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीo डब्लूo डीo विभाग में मेहनत करने बाले लोकसेवकों को  डकैती करने के लिए  अधिकृत न  करने के लिए , उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीo डब्लूo डीo विभाग  में  'चोरी'  करने को परिभाषित करने बाले, उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीo डब्लूo डीo विभाग  में  'डकैती'  करने  को परिभाषित करने बाले,   उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में कोई भी शासनादेश,नियम,अधिनियम,अधिसूचना आदि नहीं हैं  l शशि कमल गोस्वामी ने आगे लिखा है कि उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीo डब्लूo डीo विभाग  में कार्यरत 'मेहनत' करने बाले  लोकसेवकों की संख्या ,उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीo डब्लूo डीoविभाग  में  कार्यरत "चोरी" करने बाले  लोकसेवकों की संख्या,उत्तर प्रदेश के   पीoडब्लूo डीo विभाग  में  कार्यरत 'डकैती' करने बाले  लोकसेवकों की संख्या के बारे में विभाग में कोई भी सूचना नहीं है read full story with pics at given link http://upcpri.blogspot.in/2013/05/blog-post_6947.html

The next date of hearing is 23-05-2013.   According to the petition filed by Urvashi Sharma, a Lucknow based social Activist,on 06-05-13(Monday) , SAHARA India Parivaar had organized " Bharat Bhavna Divas" at Ramabai Ground in Lucknow. Later Urvashi came to know through newspaper-reports that the National Flag (Tricolor) was grossly dishonored at the venue of the program. According to Urvashi, the organizers of the said feat were solely responsible for this act of gross disrespect to national flag of India and that the Organizers should have acted responsibly and should have made adequate arrangements so as to avert any such situation. If they were not able to manage it, they should have avoided use of tricolor in the event.     On 09-05-13,  Urvashi moved an application to  Police Station officer of Thana Talkatora to lodge a F.I.R. under the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act 1971 and other relevant sections of I.P.C. against Subrata Roy, managing worker and chairman of Sahara India Pariwar & other staff and workers of Sahara India Parivaar    who were directly responsible for dishonoring the National Flag of INDIA .   Police Station officer of Thana Talkatora refused to entertain the application and directed Urvashi to contact Ashiyana Police Station. On 11-05-13,  Urvashi moved the  application to  Police Station officer of Thana Ashiyana. Police Station Ashiyana too refused to file the F.I.R. and Urvashi was compelled to move an application to S.S.P. of Lucknow.Application dated 15-05-13 to S.S.P. Lucknow was also of no avail so Urvashi  has now filed a case u/s 156(3) CrPc to get the F.I.R. registered  in this matter of gross disrespect to National Flag of India and the culprits be punished.     "I have informed the matter to Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and DGP of Uttar Pradesh also but no action from their end is damn surprising to me and shows their lackluster attitude towards safeguarding the honor of National Symbols in Uttar Pradesh " told Urvashi.
