Sub.: Punish RTI act violator , Mr. Rajesh Chandra the Principal of
Government Govind Ballabh Pant Polytechnic Mohan Road Lucknow

Hon'ble Sir/Madam,

I sent request under RTI act 2005 to the PIO of the said institute to
get certified copies of certain documents . The principal of the said
institute Mr. Rajesh Chandra sent me a letter bearing no.
1115/sa.ka./poly/2011-12 dated 06-02-2012 .

The letter attached with the mail and is available at given link also
http://file1.hpage.com/006525/54/bilder/rajesh_chandra_principal_technical_education_violates_subsection_2_of_section_6_of_rti_act_2005.jpg

A perusal of the said letter of Mr. Rajesh Chandra the Principal of
Government Govind Ballabh Pant Polytechnic Mohan Road Lucknow reveals
that Mr. Rajesh Chandra has deliberately violated subsection 2 of
section 6 of RTI act 2005.

Surprisingly Mr. Rajesh Chandra has asked objectionable question to me
though Subsection 2 of section 6 of RTI act 2005 clearly states "An
applicant making request for information shall not be required to give
any reason for requesting the information or any other personal
details except those that may be necessary for contacting him."

This act of Mr. Rajesh Chandra is highly unwarranted and is deliberate
gross violation of RTI act 2005 .

Please punish Mr. Rajesh Chandra for his working against the RTI act
2005 and oblige.

regards
