Wow! Since last week, the Girl Up community has rallied behind the Stop Child Marriage Petition to take a stand for the millions of girls in developing countries who are forced into unwanted marriages.

1 in 7 girls in developing countries is forced into marriage by age 15 — often to a man twice her age or older. Gina and Emily from the Girl Up team just got back from Ethiopia, where they saw the problem firsthand. It's very important that you help these girls and sign the petition to stop child marriage:
