भ्रष्टों का सामाजिक वहिष्कार , युवाओं व बच्चों को अपने माता पिता के आय के स्रोतों के वारे में पूछने के लिए प्रेरित करने पर वल येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान नें आज नागरिकों का आह्वान किया कि वे भ्रष्ट राजनीतिज्ञों और नौकरशाहों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार करें l इससे भ्रष्ट अपने व्यवहार को बदलने को वाध्य होंगे और नए चेहरे भ्रष्ट होने से स्वं को रोकेंगे l लखनऊ स्थित स्वयंसेवी संगठन की सचिव उर्वशी शर्मा नें रविवार को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सार्वजनिक सुनवाई की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा " चूंकि अभी तक के कानूनों के द्वारा हम भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन में विफल रहे हैं अतः आज के परिवेश में भ्रष्टाचार की समस्या से निपटनें के लिए भ्रष्टों के पूर्ण सामाजिक बहिष्कार को भ्रष्टाचार निवारण के एक सशक्त उपकरण के रूप में उपयोग करने की सख्त आवश्यकता हैl " बढ़ते भ्रष्टाचार पर चिंता जताते हुए उर्वशी नें कहा "यह बहुमत का एक जन आंदोलन होना चाहिए अर्थात सम्पूर्ण समाज में भ्रष्टों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार एक वृहद सामाजिक विक्षोभ के रूप में उत्पन्न होना चाहिए l यह एक ऐसे जागरूक समाज को प्रतिस्थापित करेगा जो भ्रष्टाचार के कुछेक मामलों के उजागर होने तक ही सीमित न रहकर भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध शाश्वत होगा l भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध उत्पन्न यह सामाजिक विक्षोभ खुद अपने दम पर समाज को अन्दर से साफ़ करेगा l इस समाज में भ्रष्टों के लिए कोई स्थान नहीं होगा l " असाधारण विषम स्थितिओं से निपटने के लिए कठोर निर्णय लेने की आवश्यकता अंतर्निहित होना उद्धृत करते हुए उर्वशी नें कहा "यह निश्चित रूप से किसी को असहनीय कष्टकारी होगा यदि उसका बच्चा उसके काले धन से खरीदी गयी ऐशो- आराम की सुविधाओं का उपभोग करने से मना कर देता है या अपने अभिभावक से उसके आय का स्रोत पूछता है l आज की जरूरत हमारे देश के युवा और बच्चों को जगाने की है l जब हम एक भ्रष्टाचारी को घर से समाज तक घेरेंगे तो वह निश्चित रूप से भ्रष्टाचार को छोड़ने को वाध्य होगा और नवागंतुक भ्रष्टाचार की ओर आकर्षित नहीं होगा l आखिर कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने वंश और सामाजिक मान्यता के लिए ही भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त होता है l अगर वह दोनों मोर्चों पर हार जाता है तो उसके पास सुधरने के आलावा और कोई रास्ता नहीं बचता है lनिश्चित रूप से यह भ्रष्ट व्यवस्था के सुधार के लिए एक शक्तिशाली उपकरण साबित होगा l " "येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान नें उन सभी सामाजिक समारोहों का वहिष्कार करने का निर्णय लिया है जहां भ्रष्ट व्यक्ति विशिष्ट मेहमान के रूप बुलाये जाते हैं l संस्थान नें स्कूलों और कॉलेजों के छात्र/छात्राओं को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आंदोलन में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने , छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए स्वेच्छापूर्वक यह शपथ लेने कि वह अपने माता पिता के आय के स्रोतों के वारे में नियमित रूप से उनसे पूँछता रहेगा , हेतु अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया है l चूंकि हमारे संसाधन सीमित हैं, इसलिए हम अरुणा राय , मेधा पाटकर , अन्ना हजारे, डा. संदीप पांडे और अन्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं / देश के संगठनों के लिए के लिए यह प्रस्ताव राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए भेज रहे हैं ताकि इसे लागू कर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लडाई को उसके तार्किक अंत तक पंहुचाया जा सके l "उर्वशी नें बताया l बाद में, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता राम स्वरूप यादव और बबिता सिंह के एक पैनल के एक इंटरैक्टिव सत्र में नागरिकों के प्रश्नों का समाधान किया l नन्ही आरटीआई कार्यकत्री ऐश्वर्या शर्मा नें धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पेश किया l View or comment on urvashi sharma's post »

Socially Boycott the corrupt , motivate the Youth and the Child to ask their parents' sources of Income YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan called upon the citizens to socially boycott corrupt politicians & bureaucrats to mend the behavior of the corrupt and also to prevent newcomers from being corrupt. Inaugurating Sunday's public hearing against corruption Urvashi Sharma, the Secretary of Lucknow based N.G.O. said "Since the laws so far have failed to eradicate corruption hence there is dire need for use of social boycott of the corrupt as a tool to weed out corruption. " Expressing concern over rising corruption she added " It has to be a mass movement by majority which means there has to be social ferment like social boycott of the corrupt which will make the society vigilant about the need to weed out corruption and this should not be limited to exposure of just a few cases but It is more important for a society to be in ferment to clean itself up on its own ." Underlying that an extraordinary situation demands a drastic solution she added "This shall surely bring unbearable discomfort to anyone if his own child refuses to share comforts bought by the black money or asks one's source of income . The need is to awaken the youth and the child of our country . When we trap the corrupt right from the home to society , he shall surely leave corrupt practices he is involved in right now and a newcomer shall not be attracted to the corruption . After all one is doing it for one's offspring and social recognition . If he loses on both fronts , he has no way left but to leave it .This shall surely prove to be a powerful tool to mend the corrupt system." "Yaishwaryaj Seva Sansthan has decided to boycott any of the social events where the corrupts are there as eminent guests and also to approach the schools and colleges to encourage the students to join the movement against corruption and making the willing students take a pledge to ask his / her parent's sources of income regularly . Since our resources are limited so we shall send a proposal to Aruna Roy , Medha Patker ,Anna Hazare , Dr. Sandeep Pandey and other social activists / organizations of the country to implement this at national level to bring the fight against corruption to its logical end ." told Urvashi. Later, a panel of Social Activist Ram Swaroop Yadav and Babita Singh resolved the queries posed by the citizens at an interactive session. Little RTI prodigy Aishwarya proposed a vote of thanks.
