Dear sir ,
I am Secretary of NGO YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan, Vice President of NGO
Save Cultural Values Foundation, active member of NAPM, NCPRI,
PUCL,ASHA Parivaar, U.P. Suuchna Ka adhikaar abhiyaan and I against
Corruption.

We are operating mobile helpline  for Right to Information and also
against corruption.

We have come to know from a  sources on our helpline against corruption that -

1- Sri Rajesh Chandra , Principal G. B. Pant Polytechnic Mohan Road
Lucknow is a very corrupt public servant. He has amassed huge amount
of disproportionate movable & immovable assets recently by
siphoning-off the public money  . The matter becomes more serious
because huge part of this money has come from the projects meant for
the poor class and SC/ST  community of the society .

2- Sri Rajesh Chandra , Principal G. B. Pant Polytechnic Mohan Road
Lucknow misappropriates government funds/facilities for the work of
his own NGO/Society named SAMANVAY SEVA SANSTHAN.  .

3- Sri Rajesh Chandra ,  Principal of G. B. Pant Polytechnic Mohan
Road Lucknow is an incapable and inefficient public servant who   has
not been able even  to get the AICTE approval of the last session for
said polytechnic which is the basic responsibility of a principal.

Not only this , He is a crook who has given a false undertaking to the
JEECUP to get the students admitted in the said  institute in the
current session though, as yet, the said polytechnic is not approved
by AICTE.

This way the crook Sri  Rajesh Chandra is playing with the future of
hundreds of SC/ST Students.

Please make

1-      A vigilance  enquiry to punish  Sri Rajesh Chandra who is
himself involved in
all these illegalities and  irregularities,

2-         Ensure recovery of public money from Sri Rajesh Chandra under "
General principles to regulate the enforcement of responsibility for
losses sustained by government through the fraud or negligence of
individuals "

Public Roads in Uttar Pradesh are not for the pedestrians but for
Playing Badminton ?????

M.P.Vaish Superintending Engineer,SSO Circle ,HQ,UP Housing &
Development Board playing badminton in front of his house with another
man. Two of the videos also depicts how the passerby ladies are
traumatized by the duo but they are the least concerned about this .
This is the most shameful attitude of a class one gazetted officer
of Uttar Pradesh Government towards the pedestrians .

Maybe this is M.P.Vaish's novice way of EVE-TEASING.
